How to Submit Your Routine
- Register online and download the verification form.
- Notify us via email or text with your estimated filming time.
- Text 609-330-8413 when you are on the mat ready to film. We will send your unique code and Dropbox link.
- Film it: Write the code on the form and hold it up to the camera before the routine starts.
- Upload the video to Dropbox within 10 minutes of receiving your code.
- Receive Feedback: Wait for our judges to send over your scores.
